The weight is falling off slower and slower as the months go on, but it is still dropping! And, I reached my GOAL WEIGHT. In April, I lost 1.8 pounds. Which did allow me to claim the weight loss prize, woot! In total, I am down 19 pounds!
I have all but stopped using My Fitness Pal. I don’t know why, other than it sucks learning how horrible some foods are :). I know if I became calorie conscious again, I could easily drop a few more lbs., but I like cookies. A lot.
I feel like I have a better idea of how much food I should be eating vs. how much I want to indulge in. I am shocked that it only took 5 months to reach my goal weight, and am now shooting to drop 3 more pounds to be at my pre-pregnancy weight.
I have noticed a handful of changes, most recently in the last 6 weeks. For one, my energy level is so much better than before. I feel like I can run circles around HJ (at times), and don’t get winded playing tag.
My legs feel stronger. I can tell that they have slimmed down a bit and feel more muscular.
My boobs have become smaller. Seriously. Downfall of losing weight, and I have to get new bras.
I feel like my arms have not changed at all. Why is this? With how the rest of my body has changed, I expected my arms to at least look more toned.
I am hoping to really work on muscle tone, helping to diminish the kangaroo pouch mom’s get blessed with and getting ripped arms. Know of any good exercises for either of these areas?
