It’s May! I feel like this year is just flying right on by. My resolution this month is something I am looking forward to. Mostly, because I have wanted to do it for years, but never put any work into it.
Run a 5K. And run the whole damn thing.
I have been working out a lot, and running has been a huge part of my weight loss. I still dislike running. I think it sucks. But, it is effective. And I want to be able to say I can run an entire 5K.
My lovely friend, Becky, found a 5K for us to run at the end of the month, and I am excited/nervous.
I will tell you more about the 5K as the month goes on. I actually read a book on one of the foundations putting it on this past fall, and it is a great cause.
Any 5K tips?
