I was selected by MomSelect to host a DisneySide @Home Celebration and received products to review.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

See that handsome guy?  Since returning from our trip to Disney, all he talks about is going back.  When I found out we were asked to bring a Disney celebration to the house, I knew HJ would be in heaven.  I didn’t think I would be as excited, but once that giant box was open…I was giggling alongside him.

They made it easy to plan the perfect Disney Party at home and HJ was excited to invite his friends over.  What you see:

  • Mickey Mouse party decorations
  • Disney Cookie cutters
  • HP Photo Cards
  • Mickey and Minnie “So This is Love” print for each guest
  • measuring cups
  • Recipe cards
  • Disney Craisins
  •  iPhone case
  • ESPN Red Bracelets
  • ESPN bumper stickers
  • Donald tattoos
  • Pluto stickers
  • Face painting cards
  • #DisneySide Bingo Game
  • Disney Trivia

We made a few trips to the stores to get some odds and ends, and HJ and I were able to plan a cute party!

HJ loved helping set up for the party, and has so excited to share his love of Disney with his friends.

For the party, I set up a kids banquet table in the kitchen.  We decorated it with the table-cloth, and a cupcake stand I already had (purchased at Hobby Lobby and painted blue).

For each guest, I set up a plastic cup we had purchased at the Dollar Store.  We had lots of bright-colored sharpies for the kids to decorate their own cups to take home.

For food, we made hot diggity dogs…or mini pigs in a blanket.  We also had snack mix, grapes and clementines at the table.  Every thing was set out for the kids to help them selves.

Once dinner was done, I surprised the guests with mickey mouse sugar cookies and bowls of colored frosting.  They loved getting to decorate their own dessert.

I may have snagged one or two for myself.

After dessert, the kids headed to the living room to play #DisneySide Bingo, while I was able to clean the kitchen up a bit.

I love that we were able to bring a little Disney magic into our own home.  The Disney Side Celebration website is full of ideas to host your own magical party.  From recipes, to decorations, they have thought of it all.  Check it out and see how to show off your #DisneySide.
